As a member of Club Lemon Tree, you have access to Your Rewards, the tiered loyalty program for all members of Club Lemon Tree. Your Rewards loyalty program is our way of saying thank you as a loyal member, by being able to turn your visits to the Club in to real rewards. Best of all entry into the Your Rewards loyalty program is free with your Club membership. With so many great benefits, there has never been a better time to become a Club Lemon Tree member.
You can start earning Your Rewards points as soon as you join and you will continue to earn points when you use your membership card when making purchases at the bars and café! Ensure you have your card with you for every visit to the Club Lemon Tree.
Your Rewards has four different levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. The more Your Reward Points you earn the higher the tier level and the greater rewards and benefits you will have access to.
At the beginning of each month any eligible members will be promoted and move up a tier. Every January or July, members who have not earnt enough points to stay in their current tier will be moved into a new tier level.
To find out your tier status simply swipe your membership card at the reward kiosk or ask one of our friendly staff.
Bonus points don’t count towards your Tier Levels these are points for you to enjoy. You can earn bonus visitation points when swiping at the rewards kiosk, earn bonus points through selected draws and promotions and much more.
The more points you earn, the higher you progress up the tier levels the more fantastic benefits you will receive.
There are many ways to spend the points you have saved up. Points can be redeemed at the Club’s Bars and Café, purchase tickets to any show/ raffles in the club, renew your club membership and redeem club loot. Gift Vouchers can also be redeemed at the redemption center.
All members bonus points will expire on the 30th June each year, with the exception of the Platinum Members. If you are a Platinum member your points will not expire. Remember spending your bonus points, or the expiration of points does not affect your Tier Level.
